About

Built from the inside.

NavRecs was built inside a working fund administrator's daily NAV review, not from a specification. We watched the morning as it actually runs: the files collected by hand, the workbooks rolled forward, the checks worked through one by one by the most senior people in the business, the sign-off typed into a cell. Then we built the solution that runs that review the way the review team runs it.

Behind NavRecs: a former fund administration director, and the software engineer who built the solution from that process. The checks map to the standard controls regulators expect. Every tolerance was taken from a real workbook, never invented. The solution refuses to guess when a file is wrong.

Why small and mid-size administrators.

The enterprise reconciliation platforms were built and priced for administrators with hundreds of funds. Firms striking NAVs for five to fifty funds have been left with Excel. NavRecs is the first NAV reconciliation solution built for them: setup in weeks, priced by fund count, deployed inside their own Microsoft tenant.

How we work.

Every engagement starts with a four-week parallel run on your real mornings, judged by your reviewers against pass criteria agreed in writing. Nothing switches off until you say so. After go-live, a direct line to the people who built it, with anything blocking a NAV release first in the queue.

Where we are.

Guernsey, under Guernsey data-protection law. Available to administrators in the Channel Islands, the UK, Ireland and Luxembourg, and in North America by arrangement.
